FAQ
What coaches ask most
Is the first report really free?
Yes, for coaches, athletic directors and staff of an active team: new accounts get one free VIP report, one per team (subject to approval). We verify every request to filter out bots and fake accounts. No credit card. Create your account, upload one game of your opponent, and the report lands in your portal within 48 hours.
What film do you need?
One full game of your opponent that shows the whole field: a Hudl link, a Facebook or YouTube stream, a file, or video from the stands. If it’s blurry or too far away, we’ll tell you before we start.
What’s in the report?
Every Basic report has formations with usage %, run/pass tendencies, 3–5 key players and 3 keys to win. Advanced adds down & distance, 3rd-down and red-zone tendencies, defense (fronts, coverages, blitz %), special teams and a game plan with play diagrams. Create a free account to download the sample and see a full one.
How long does it take?
Every report (Basic, Advanced and Pro) is delivered within 48 hours. The clock starts once we have all the film.
Game this weekend? Add 24 h Rush (+50%) for flag/youth or 1–2 games, with limited spots each day.
Tip: send film right after your opponent plays, so you get more practice days with the report.
Do you work with flag and local leagues?
Yes. Youth, high school, college, semi-pro, local leagues and flag. Every report is tailored to your league’s rules and format.
Is my film and report private?
Yes. Your report is delivered in your team’s own Scout Lab portal, and every page is watermarked with your team’s name. We only use your info to contact you about your report.
